  • More Communication

The exchange between the participants is strongly encouraged, and at the same time everyone can contribute equally to the discussion and the outcome.

  • Higher Efficiency

Endless, fruitless discussions during workshops are a thing of the past. This is where ideas grow into a visible form.

  • Comprehensive Understanding

Gaining an all-round view of the participants' ideas and problems. As everyone gets involved, no topics and fields of action remain unplayed.

  • Increased Clarity

The islands of the 3D worlds visualise the participants' input in a playful way. This ensures transparency, clarity and understanding of the problem.

  • Orientation

All participants can orientate themselves in the resulting world. This helps to classify the results in the overall picture of the organisation.

  • Identification

Since all participants are involved, there is a high level of identification with the result and commitment to getting involved in the implementation.

  • Collecting ideas

To start the workshop, the initial question to be answered is clarified in this phase. All participants then have the opportunity to contribute their own ideas to the discussion. This step is concluded by reducing the ideas to a manageable level in the further course.

  • Islands Emerge

The ideas are "brought into the world" and islands on various topics are gradually created. The resulting islands are named by the participants, and thematically closely related islands can be connected by bridges.

  • A Profile Rises

In this phase, the participants bring their own prioritisation of the topics into the island world. This creates an island profile, which can change again and again in the further discussion and processing. Here the priorities are set in response to the introductory question.

  • The Islands Become Settled

In the final step, the islands are colonised. Through this visualisation of stakeholder interests and other aspects of the problem, the interactions between the priorities and their effects become clear.
